We will process the refund after receiving the receipt of the product by www.vivostore.in unit of A One Communications. All refunds will be routed through any other bank debit or credit card accounts after adjusting the cancellation charges. Refund will be processed based on the Payment Mode of the order.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Warranty will be borne by Authorized Brand Service Centers all over India
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Chargers, Cables, Powerbank, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email about the status of your return.
- Customers can request a return or refund within 7 Business day from the date if purchase , In case, your return has been accepted, the refund amount will be processed immediately. A credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 3-7 working days
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
